America has become jaded by the deception of Obama’s MSM. My conclusions are based upon evidence and due diligence, as would be the case before I determined the veracity of any accusation. Attorney thing. Politics has always been a contact sport, but I have a real problem with a journalist deliberately deceiving the electorate in an 11th hour delusion that Hell will freeze over, particularly where their “news” is transparent AGENDA. If I am mistaken (highly unlikely), then reporters should NOT EVER ATTEMPT to summarize legal proceedings or documents. Best practice is consult lawyers before publishing “condensed” versions of any legal proceeding. Richard Dillon’s 11th Hour Ambush and unbelievably tainted distortion of fact to further HIS AGENDA IS NOT NEWS and absolute garbage. This guy’s blog is designed to deceive! I can put a big red bow on my dog droppings, but they’re dog droppings for sure. After reading several truly despicable articles far from the truth, its very clear that this man hasnt a clue what TRUTH is. Or worse. Rather than set anything straight, he turned it upside down and backwards to DECEIVE YOU! RED FLAGS! His accusations are shameless because had he sought, he’d have no lack of clarity understanding: GUTHRIE IS A 3 TIME WINNER! The AG, 14th Court of Appeals, and Judge Caroline Baker AGREE: GUTHRIE GOT THE CINCO DE MAYO SHAFT!

SUMMARY: Greg Abbott, Texas AG, found Adrian Garcia withheld critical evidence/documents from Mr. Guthrie to ensure that his Machiavellian scheme to eliminate a BIG THREAT to his future–LOUIS GUTHRIE–was a done deal. Garcia must be accustomed to Officers just taking it. GUTHRIE is not the kind of guy who is going to roll over and die. At great cost, Guthrie fought back. Garcia must have had a near coronary (good thing he’s on LifeGift’s Board, never mind the Tax Code violations) when he LOST, LOST, and KO, LOST again. With the AG and 4 highly accomplished Justices very clearly telling you, Garcia illegally withheld critical evidence exonerating Guthrie, Internal Affairs testifying that witness statements and video was withheld–because it proved no wrongdoing, NO ONE can legitimately say with ONE OUNCE of CREDIBILITY that Guthrie has not been exonerated. He is 100% innocent until proven guilty. Hell will freeze over before that occurs, I assure you.

1. Our AG Ordered Garcia to produce illegally withheld documents. He refused. The AG does not (in my experience) enforce. D.A. Or County Attorney (Go Judge Mike and Leslie) is vested with enforcement. Folks, IT IS OFFENSIVE that a top law enforcement official HAS TO BE FORCED TO OBEY THE LAW and Texas Attorney General. But Adrian Garcia obviously assumes himself exempt. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

2. The 14th Court of Appeals Ordered Adrian Garcia to “cough up the documents” in a lawsuit that never should have HAD to be filed. But, GARCIA DOES NOT RESPECT THE LAW OR ATTORNEY GENERAL. Brazen, stupid, and inexcusable! Why does Garcia habitally violate the rights of officers and denigrate the respect citizens should have for him? Because he never got busted–until now. He has a well known history of this exact illegal conduct. I have 1st hand experience with his offensive “hide the ball” M.O. After three very clear requests for the same documents, with definitions of “document” so broad, your Kid’s homework might have ern responsive, Adrian played hide the ball for three months. I also got the middle finger loud and clear in the 3rd BS production, meant to convey a threat, I suppose (we know who you are and where you live). After giving 3 chances for Garcia to “do the right thing,” I lost my patience and warned I was 24 hours from the Attorney General, asking whether we needed to do this losing dance 1 more time! 20 minutes! HCSO calls asking why I have failed to pick up public information requested, stating they had been faithfully holding the documents for 9 days. I believe that! RIGHT! But short of losing my cool, he’d still be playing his games.

3. After two years of uncertainty, paying lawyers to clear his good name, Louis Guthrie won again! Count the wins: three slam dunks! Judge Baker agreed that he was improperly terminated and reversed. Consistent with a cry baby fit described by Attorney Mark Bennett, Garcia can’t stand it!  You see, he’s so used to getting away with this atrocious, illegal conduct, I truly think panic has set in.  With good reason! I doubt teacup Adrian can endure one successful debate versus Louis Guthrie. You can be certain, Louis will trump him–CHARACTER being the most obvious difference. Guthrie has it. Garcia doesn’t. It’s quite simple. Don’t take the gnarly chewed up bones Dillon and undesirables are trying to sell! Snake Oil! I find it offensive that Garcia uses feigned Godliness (vomit) to hidhow lack of integrity. At the end of the dand face REALITY, Garcia will be folding this sorry hand because hesim finally been caught and exposed for who he truly is. It’s not good.

For any unfortunate souls who suffered the deception of Richard Dillon’s opportunistic b.s., let me clarify what the “truth” is. TRUTH is a foreign concept to this man. My uncle is a Former Green Beret, 30 year AP Foreign Correspondent.  Terry spent more than two decades in War zones. I recall talking to him briefly as bombs exploded around him. He witnessed and covered mass genocide in Rwanda. He frequently made jabs at TV journalists, suggesting they were not much different than Barbie Dolls. I never realized reporters like Terry did the thinking for everyone, but I know without doubt that he never allowed his personal opinions to dictate his reporting. He would not dare spin, distort, or mislead. He’s the most liberal (non-communist) person I’ve ever met. He could not stand W., made no secret of his GOP disdain at family gatherings. But he learned absolute objectivity and earned numerous awards for excellence in Journalism. He’s not a braggart, so I’m betting he has accolades our family has never heard.

Im sickened that regardless of the resource, voters will not find this kind of professionalism and unbiased reporting anywhere. I will qualify this, recognizing the few honest journalist I can find, but Twitter is generally better for voters to learn truth. It’s almost silly, but I was shocked by the brilliance of my trusted advisors!  Some of the most intelligent people you could ever imagine frequent Twitter. They too, have lost faith in the MSM. So much of our media is absolute propaganda!  Politics will always be this way I suppose. But as an Officer of the Court and informed voter, I feel a responsibility to WARN and offer a bit of information, explaining the Court’s recent Order and what it means.

Mr. Dillon’s self-serving spin and misrepresenations thrown in a last ditched attempt to rescue a campaign thats been over for months is deplorable! I find him totally unprofessional and have no doubt theres a story there. He is either grossly negligent to the point of being reckless with the trust he clearly abuses or “owned.” i have read documents and considered the rulings and Orders and THE TRUTH is LOUIS GUTHRIE has been vindicated 3x over! Garcia is likely recovering from 2 black eyes and wont recover his reputation this time.  My Dad used to say, “You can beat the rap, but you wont beat the ride.” Eventually, your actions catch up to you. On the baseless accusation that Officer Guthrie’s press release was inaccurate, I call FOUL! Anyone with a basic understanding of  the Court system of an inaccurate press release, you seem to lack an understanding of basic law 101. Ie, Court orders do not ever contain a recitation of all the facts, law, and reasoning for a Judge’s ruling. Orders are very vague, cite the statute the Court finds the most clean way to resolve the matter and move on. If you want findings of fact or conclusions of law, the lawyer drafts it all. So if the Order or FF CL seems to not say all of the relief expected, it’s a function of the drafter. Many lawyers get tunnel vision trying cases. Been there. You can inadvertently not spell it out and not be judged to have erred–human. If you’re not appealing, Findings Fact Conclusions Law not usu asked for. Unless you sat in trial, saw every item of evidence, statute, briefs, knew AG found Garcia hid docs, 14th court agreed, all same as Judge Baker, you might think Dillon’s assumptions are accurate. But they are far from it. If you want to be respected and have community actually read this, you should try to educate yourself first. But you’re bought, so likely not make a difference. I bet you end up working with the Peacock when Hell freezes over. Talk about desperate!

I am amazed at how quickly kids mature these days, but the future Vice President of AFSNC, Zachary Schwager (12), has instructed me to that he would like to blog good wishes to his favorite Sheriff, as have two others who wish to replace me, Josh and Adam. They have Guthrie memorabilia and campaign material coming out their ears!

I am truly amazed that helping disabled children has become their mission too. Be careful–you are highly influential on your kids for regardless.  They want to run the Nonprofit and radio show, we’ll see! I am an idealist and hope I didn’t stress them by the “plan” to save the World! But, they also have great hearts and wonderful values–and want to share their feelings since they cannot vote–a fact which they’re not too happy about.  So, the compromise, is showing off the “Sheriff Guthrie” tattoos–they remind me of every week from that family Jamboree! They are chomping at the bit for the Jamboree #2!

In past elections, I did not have the time to educate myself as this season. It’s like drinking from a fire hydrant, becoming educated on the issues to a level at which I could easily join a debate. Ignorance was bliss. But, as a Mother, ignorance simply isn’t an option. I am swimming in Politics to a level I’ve never experienced in my life. I read all of the mud Candidates have slung at one another, as well as more uplifting pieces. Having been trained to think critically through Socratic Method–and very averse to being  TOLD what to do–the buck has always stopped at the level of my heart and personal convictions.

In 2008, I voted for Gov. Huckabee, even though all of the pundits said it was a lost cause. So what? It’s a primary to determine the GOP Candidate. I cannot think of anyone whose endorsement would sway me because there is not much “gray” in my World. I am critical, but things are Black or White to me. I do not ascribe to moral relativism. I feel obligated by my conscience to exercise my Constitutional right to vote to oppose corruption and abortion. Your vote and activism are the only guarantee you have, so why not follow your heart? I simply must, but there are benefits. You can sleep well, knowing you did all you could. Even my candidate loses, I remained true to myself and the things I believe right. Serenity comes when you are able to separate what you have control over versus what is beyond your control, take action and leave the results to God.

While the economy is a serious issue, the BIGGER ISSUE to me is and always has been character.  Of a thousand men/women able to withstand adversity, it is said that only one can withstand prosperity. Victor Hugo said that adversity makes men, prosperity creates monsters. Mahatma Ghandi was so full of wisdoms, despite difference in Faith. He had a servant’s heart and clearly loved.

Ghandi could speak squarely to the GOP, if they would listen. He once said “all compromise is based on give and take, but there can be no give and take on fundamentals.” Ghandi said that compromise on fundamentals was really surrender, all give, no take. Compromise is the cancer destroying the Republican Party. The MSM and Establishment have chosen a moderate (Democrat in sheep’s clothing), despite the very CLEAR mandates of the Tea Party. Conservative Tea Party Patriots are unlikely to build a strong base with Romney as nominee because he only recently began saying he believed in conservative ideas, 180 degrees from his liberal past.

Ghandi also listed six things that could destroy a Nation, (He would add Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, the New Black Panthers, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Eric Holder, and a sleeping Giant, if revised today). Ghandi named business without ethics and politics without principle as key. In essence, character.

It is disturbing to me that we are so apathetic about vetting, we leave it to the MSM, but also that we seemed to have learned nothing despite horrific suffering and genocide in Nazi Germany. Or, that charisma is no measuring stick for a leader. Consider David Koresh and Jim Jones.
The President you elect in 2012 will serve 4 years or more. As we have witnessed with Obama’s disastrous Presidency, you can destroy a Nation in less than 4 years–if so inclined.  The Commander-in-Chief is not handed a “how to” or “what to do if” manual upon taking office. Character is absolutely essential in our President, and will be the lense  through which thousands upon thousands of decisions will be made for America, when answers are unclear. I implore you, on behalf of the men and women who gave their lives for our freedom, to vote your conscience educated. Western Journalism and Before it’s News are both great resources for a crash course in Politics.

Do not permit MSM to choose our next President through propaganda unless you prefer Communism.  Polls are routinely fixed with prejudicial numbers.  The MSM begins the coronation before “We the People” have spoken. We are not sheep. You have the privilege of casting YOUR vote in the primaries and Fall. Even if I am told that Hell will freeze before Newt secures the nomination, I am Standing by our Man. The Bible says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for; the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1. It also says that if you believe, nothing will be impossible for you. Luke 1:37. Mark 11:23 is bold enough to promise that if you speak to your mountain and proclaim it cast into the Sea–believing without doubt that it will come to pass, it will. This is the First election in which I feel compelled to walk by faith, not by sight. So, that’s the plan. 2 Cor.5:7.

I have seen the impossible come to pass many times simply due to steadfast faith, when the odds did not look good. Faith is believing in what you know to be true, when your eyes tell a different story. So, Which is better? To vote my heart and know you don’t always win, or blindly vote for the MSM’s projected winner and in reality, forfeit my opinion on the matter?  If you’ve already decided to simply go vote for who the MSM tells you has won, why bother? Does my vote count? You betcha–in every way that matters. If you’re just voting for the MSM’s pick, thinking you’re powerless to make a difference, does your vote count? Solidarity behind the GOP nominee is a far cry from rolling over because you believe it’s a lost cause.

Given all of the media coverage of Barack OWTFDidWeDo’s plans to take away American’s 2nd Amendment Right to bear arms, we thought it was time to toughen up our image,with guns!  This is probably so not apropo, but admit it, chicks packing heat is pretty sexy!  So, we’re going skeet shooting this weekend!  My hearing sucks, but I have an aim that could shoot a mosquito!  I love Texas and yes you arrogant wanna be elitist, I’m clinging to my Bible and my Smith and Wesson. The day you take it, you will pry it out of my cold, dead hands, if at all!  Crissy, get yer gun! We’re going skeet shooting!  Ill teach you a few things!  Strangest thing happened to me 2 years ago. I briefly took a legal hiatus to real estate. I received a call from the creepest man ive ever met.Im talking fear. He invited me and My hubby to dinner so we went, thinking we were going to get a lakefront $2,000,000 listing as my first!  Well, this man had other designs..I still freaking dont want to know. Yes he was crazier than a sh*t house rat!  Google it. Those rats get real crazy! Im talking Barack Obama, bad crazy! McCreepy old man took me on a tour and had I never heard of Obamanation,  I would swear this man was the devil himself.

He didn’t invite Rick to tour the grounds, just me, and I somehow knew that I was the one intended to SEE and HEAR.  This home had prime real estate On the lake, but no one in their right mind would pay for anything but the land. The home was horrendous with floors not even level (1 1/2 feet drops at some rooms).   The home was built with 12″ thick steel beams in the walls at a 45 degree angle, so that neither Hurricanes nor Tornadoes could knock it down..and the North Wind would have to bow to it.  The NW has been called the Breath of God and I shook my head, thinking, “you’re a foolish old man to tempt Him. God will not be bowing down to your crazy house!” Then, this NASA Engineer showed me the construction was such that if a flood came, the lower level could wash away, but the living quarters would remain intact. We toured the moth eaten “silence of the lambs” quilting room, where his wife quilted dead mothers! Morbid! He arrogantly showed me his engineering room, and when I asked what he made, he snapped angrily with such arrogance, “anything I want.” But, nothing was made there. Then, get this… He showed me a communications tower in the event of real emergency, like city infrastructures collapsing. Then, the shooting range in his basement! He said, “This is where I teach my students to hit the mark, pointing to the heart.” whoa CHILLS!

At this point, the terror level hit 3 and I wanted to go home! But his wife would NOT let us leave. She insisted we stay for dinner and eat their mystery meat.  The man took me to the lake and essentially showed me that (1) he scuba dove down and dredged sand for his foundation (ring bell? Any man..builds house on Sand…fall great crash, plus sand for foundation!  and (2) the lakefront property was acquired by theft, adverse possession.

I was thinking “this lot is great, but the house and trailer must go,” when he stopped me mid-thought, as if reading my mind, to say “nobody’s knocking down the house or trailer.” On hearing this creepy couple invested in stem cells from aborted babies and other bizarre things, I wanted out. But the lady wouldn’t have it and they had Dobermans guarding entrances/exits. So, I sat down, as they drunkenly offered my baby a Margarita. Crazy as this may seem, I felt evil. After being on the mountaintop spiritually, you can FEEL darkness.  My husband still jokes, but I whispered, “don’t eat the meat.” I didn’t touch it.  Extreme maybe, but you’d have had to be in my shoes. I was in MD Andersen Cancer Center that morning in one of the most holy moments of my like, as I watched a dying woman accept Christ!  I took communion and unmistakably knew I was to say nothing, just watch as tears filled my eyes. It was as close to God as I’ve been.

Try 8 hours later, the flip side. At any rate, I assessed the landscape, knowing, “this fruit loop is gearing up for Armageddon!” Bet he forgot fire insurance!  Inside joke. I wondered what in the World was coming or whether he was just psycho? A bit of both. But now, it doesn’t seem so crazy. I wish I had taken gun lessons then, but this man creeped me out like no man in my life. I wanted out! Away!And so, feeling like a hostage, I was never so happy than when his wife said “escort them out.” WT? Still don’t know why that happened. But Carpe Diem! I now see maybe he saw something coming? He was definitely prearing for outright Armageddon!  Scary!

Before OCrazy takes your right to buy and bear arms, I would advise you to seize the day. Learn how to use the arms the 2nd Amendment guarantees for now. But,  Please teach kids about guns. If you guys want to see two blonde bafoons shooting skeet, time and place TBA!  I love Texas!  I was born in East Texas, the Bible Belt, Barack! Home to Shambach (dec). Grandpa taught us to shoot rifles at 8-9. We would go out at night in the pick up and wait for wolves to come scavenge his watermelon patch..BAMM! Great fun!  I’m rusty, but damn, I have one Helluva great aim!

I think most would agree that Andrew Breitbart’s death ignited what is akin to an army of Patriots. It reminds me in so many ways of Gideon’s army, the underdog, yet led by God and victorious in the end.  I never intended for this blog to become so Biblical, but when God speaks, I cannot avoid writing what I believe He’s saying.  I rarely have the great honor of hearing from God, but this time I know I have. And he keeps repeating the same message to me.  Remember Gideon’s Army.

Gideon, in Judges 6-8, is an example, that through the faithfulness of a few, many can be delivered and become conquerors. With God the outcome doesn’t depend on human might and strength.  The book of Hebrews lists Gideon among the heroes of faith in Israel’s history (Hebrews 11:32). The incident in his life most familiar to Bible readers was a spiritual exercise in overcoming seemingly insurmountable obstacles.

In the book of Judges we see that God was preparing Gideon for battle against numerically overwhelming odds: “You have 32,000 soldiers, Gideon, and that’s far too many to do battle with the Midianites. I don’t want anyone to think you’ll win the coming battle by your own might. The scriptures indicate that God clearly wanted all to know that He was the factor causing Gideon’s army to win, so he thinned his army to a mere 300 men versus 12,000 midianites. Gideon was frightened, thinking how he would win. But he did as God instructed. Obedience is key to victory with God.

The LORD said to Gideon, “You have too many men. I cannot deliver Midian into their hands, or Israel would boast against me, ‘My own strength has saved me.” Judges 7-8.  Now announce to the army, ‘Anyone who trembles with fear may turn back and leave Mount Gilead.’” So twenty-two thousand men left, while ten thousand remained. But the LORD said to Gideon, “There are still too many men. Take them down to the water, and I will thin them out for you there. If I say, ‘This one shall go with you,’ he shall go; but if I say, ‘This one shall not go with you,’ he shall not go.”

So Gideon took the men down to the water. There the LORD told him, “Separate those who lap the water with their tongues as a dog laps from those who kneel down to drink.”  Three hundred of them drank from cupped hands, lapping like dogs. All the rest got down on their knees to drink. The LORD said to Gideon, “With the three hundred men that lapped I will save you and give the Midianites into your hands. Let all the others go home.” So Gideon sent the rest of the Israelites home but kept the three hundred, who took over the provisions and trumpets of the others.

During that night the LORD said to Gideon, “Get up, go down against the camp, because I am going to give it into your hands. If you are afraid to attack, go down to the camp with your servant Purah and listen to what they are saying. Afterward, you will be encouraged to attack the camp.” So he and Purah his servant went down to the outposts of the camp.  Gideon arrived just as a man was telling a friend his dream. “I had a dream,” he was saying. “A round loaf of barley bread came tumbling into the Midianite camp. It struck the tent with such force that the tent overturned and collapsed.” His friend responded, “This can be nothing other than the sword of Gideon son of Joash, the Israelite. God has given the Midianites and the whole camp into his hands.”

When Gideon heard the dream and its interpretation, he bowed down and worshiped. He returned to the camp of Israel and called out, “Get up! The LORD has given the Midianite camp into your hands.” Dividing the three hundred men into three companies, he placed trumpets and empty jars in the hands of all of them, with torches inside. “Watch me,” he told them. “Follow my lead. When I get to the edge of the camp, do exactly as I do. When I and all who are with me blow our trumpets, then from all around the camp blow yours and shout, ‘For the LORD and for Gideon.’”

Gideon and the hundred men with him reached the edge of the camp at the beginning of the middle watch, just after they had changed the guard. They blew their trumpets and broke the jars that were in their hands. The three companies blew the trumpets and smashed the jars. Grasping the torches in their left hands and holding in their right hands the trumpets they were to blow, they shouted, “A sword for the LORD and for Gideon!” While each man held his position around the camp, all the Midianites ran, crying out as they fled.  When the three hundred trumpets sounded, the LORD caused the men throughout the camp to turn on each other with their swords. The army fled to Beth Shittah toward Zererah as far as the border of Abel Meholah near Tabbath. Israelites from Naphtali, Asher and all Manasseh were called out, and they pursued the Midianites.  Gideon sent messengers throughout the hill country of Ephraim, saying, “Come down against the Midianites and seize the waters of the Jordan ahead of them as far as Beth Barah.”

So all the men of Ephraim were called out and they seized the waters of the Jordan as far as Beth Barah.  They also captured two of the Midianite leaders, Oreb and Zeeb. They killed Oreb at the rock of Oreb, and Zeeb at the winepress of Zeeb. They pursued the Midianites and brought the heads of Oreb and Zeeb to Gideon, who was by the Jordan.

In spite of his fame, Gideon remained humble. When he had routed the Midianites, the Israelites wanted him to rule as a king over them. Gideon’s memorable and faithful words: “I will not rule over you, nor shall my son rule over you; the Lord shall rule over you” (Judges 8:23). Gideon’s words speak well of his character. He knew that all human rulership will eventually fail, that God’s rulership is the only lasting answer to mankind’s problems. Perhaps he understood that the time is coming during which this will become reality: Jesus Christ will reign on earth in the Kingdom of God.

Apparently Gideon understood the ultimate importance and safety of having God as man’s Ruler. He knew this was a far better outcome than being forced to endure the unpredictability and subjectivity of human nature and ingrained vanity and selfishness of human leaders. Gideon’s humble, visionary attitude made of him a conqueror before God and a hero in the eyes of his countrymen. Gideon’s example proves to us that, through the faithfulness of a few, many can be delivered and become conquerors. With God the outcome doesn’t depend on human might and strength (Zechariah 4:6), because a few plus God is better than a majority without Him!

So that is the message resonating in my Spirit: Are you a part of Gideon’s Army, a Brietbart Patriot?  Will you wake up and stand in faith, believing God?

Over the course of the weeks since Breitbart was, in all likelihood, killed, so many thoughts and emotions have consumed me. Ive been stunned by what I’ve seen, read, and heard.  I never imagined the absolute corruptIon and cowardice so evident in our trusted leaders.  The stream of shocking evidence began to come at me so fast and so absolutely, I temporarily was filled with fear and anger at the betrayal.  I truly became depressed, losing hope for America as I’ve known her since birth. I remain consumed with “righteous indignation,” as Breitbart so succinctly described.  And then, confusion filled my thoughts, swirling with fear and doom. I became so angry at this man who stole the Presidency as we layed asleep like a giant. I still wonder if we have enough righteous, God fearing Patriots to keep us from crashing.

I wondered how many bought out cowards sat in our Nation’s Capitol.All around, all I saw were corrupt politicians. Yet, I remain so in darkness as to why the men and women we chose to represent us, be our voice, were silent, corrupt, or cowards. I even wished I had never lived to see this. I asked how God allowed us to do this. The reports are in. We all KNOW Barack Obama is not qualified to be President and continues to issue Executive Orders violating everything we are supposed to be. Yet few have had enough courage to get up and impeach him now. We need no further evidence, so what are we waiting for? I then became disgusted that we have become a Nation of gossiping cowards. Talk is cheap.

But days ago, I prayed, feeling quite certain that Obama would never succeed in his dark plans. I was so sure, I wrote the Nightmare is almost over. I listened to the words of a wise pastor and suddenly regained my joy, knowing he is done. But I’m also quite certain that as a Nation, we MUST humble ourselves, stop tossing stones of hate, and get down on our knees and pray for forgiveness and God’s intervention. If we heed the call, I know God will hear us. The tide will change. It already is rapidly changing. Obama is unraveling and while we must reap what has been sowed, I simply call you to pray for 21 days. You will see the tide change. Two years ago, as I battled public corruption and felt defeated, God spoke in my heart, “Justice delayed is not justice denied.” I knew in time, I would see justice. I have this unrelenting need, naive, that there be justice in America. A painful need given the pit of Hell we’ve become. But I am reminded of so many occasions, God moved and changed everything. Bitterness will never accomplish a thing but damage you. So regardless of how nauseating it may be, I ask you to join me in prayer. Pray for our leaders. Pray for restoration and for every crooked path (or politician) to repent or face God’s wrath and accountability. We cannot lose hope when hope is one of the few things we have left. Sure, be informed. But then pray and do your part by calling your representatives and making them listen. America, we’ve only just begun.  Do you know how I know it?

2 Chronicles 7:17

“If My people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, Then I will hear from them and heal their land.” throughout the Bible, God’s people did horribly wicked things that God detests. Over and Over again, more times than I’ve counted, the Israelites turned away from God and began worshipping idols, even sacrificing babies to Baal. God permitted them to be enslaved for a time, some longer than others, but when He felt it was time and God’s people cried outfor His intervention and strong arm, he delivered them from oppression and slavery. We are God’s people and some years ago, I knew my scripture God wanted me to have was Isaiah 54. It did not make sense for 10 years. Then I understood. But a key phrase I keep recalling is God’s promise, “I promise to never be angry with you again.” I know He knew I had suffered a lot, almost more than I could bear. I know this is why He told me this. I will cherish it forever. But, that means I am not going to suffer under the tyranny of a dictator. I also know He loves America and you.  So many have yet to truly know God and you can be certain that the World is not ending until God’s great commission is fulfilled.  Obama, for all his faults and sin, is not the Anti-Christ, as some have suggested. How do I know this? Ask God for understanding as you read and re-read Revelation. The Saints, those who know Jesus (not perfect by far) will not be here. Watch “Left Behind.”

The corruption run rampant in our Government at the Federal, State, and Local levels, has jaded me. I became a skeptic, but I don’t think anyone who truly loves America could really lose hope that everything we are and have been since 1776, could be ripped from beneath our feet like a rug, without a Revolution!  I certainly have no death wish, but to sell by children into slavery to a man whom I truly believe is a Wolfe in Sheep’s Clothing or surrender my 1st Amendment Rights to Freedom of Expression in Speech & Freedom of Association to Worship THE GOD OF ISRAEL, ISAAC, & JACOB and GOD’s ONLY SON, JESUS, I would stand up and fight. There was a time in my life when this would have been a choice I would have to make. But that time has long since past. Serving Christ and obeying His Word is no longer a fork in the road. I have come to such a deep revelation in Jesus, that I could no more deny Him, than deny one of my children. I simply cannot fathom life without the uninhibited, free WORSHIP that is the very air I breathe. Years back, I felt as if I stood at the Crossroads where I continued to turn back so many times, knowing that GOD wanted me to grab hold of His Strong Arms and step across the chasm that terrified me for 20 years. I couldn’t seem to make the leap of Faith so many times and grieveda horribly that I simply could not muster up enough trust to just leap, blindly, desperately praying His Strong Arms would catch me as I held my breath. But I cannot explain in words the overwhelming joy and love that caught me on the other side.

My decision was made a long time ago. I remember hearing, “This time, We can do it My Way or My Way.” that settled it! I hold fast to my faith as precious, priceless, and a Gift from Heaven for which I’ll be eternally grateful–much like the overwhelming gratitude in my heart as it burst with love for four of the most incredible people I’ve ever known, my boys and husbAnd while I prayed, I admit: America, you stunned me. Little did I know of the thousands upon thousands of truly good people I’d meet on Facebook and Twitter, that felt much the same–even more so. My jadedness seemed to leave but a flicker of hope that we had not lost our souls as a Nation. God is so faithful. Just when you think, “it’s over, America, isn’t it?” you see that LIBERTY IS BREWING! You see Patriots join together night and day to pray and Tweet, blog, post, and pour their hearts out to topple this evil empire we subjected ourselves to through being asleep at the Wheel! Why is it that frequently, we must experience the reality of losing someone or something dear to s..to WAKE UP and in FAITH, take it back. “the Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence and the violent take it by force!” Matt. 11:12.

If you told me one year ago that a grassroots Patriot underdog called the Tea Party would become a force to be reckoned with and finally reach the juncture to say “we’re not going to surrender one more inch to you, Barack Obama, YOU’RE FIRED!” Or that our roots would grow so deep and strong, we would topple a Dictator usurping every Constitutional Right to FREEDOM we have in a matter of Months on Twitter and bring the Main Stream Media to their knees by eliminating their food supply (Advertisements from other Corrupt Companie), I would never have believed it. And I know without a Shadow of a Doubt that the Mastermind of this Beautiful Plan was none other than God Himself! There are simply too many pieces coming together in a brilliant way no man could have predicted for God to NOT be the Master Artist, Chief Architect, of the IMPLOSION now known as BARACK “HAVE YOU LOST YOU MIND” OBAMA.  I thank God that as America was the proverbial sleeping giant, YOU knew “We the People” were in trouble.  Though our Nation has committed many wrongs since 1776, I thank God for the everlasting mercy and compassion He never ceases to show His Kids, forgiving even the most heinous transgressions!  Ronald Reagan once said, “If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, we will be a Nation gone under.”. I think we all got a terrifying Birdseye view of this One World Order so reminiscent of a 1940′s German Golden Boy whose charisma hypnotized millions to submit to His Communist Nazi Regime, fueled by racism and hatred so vile, the most horrific crimes in history were committed under his control.  He terrorized Europe and left scars on the very souls of the Jewish people–and the World when it snapped out of the hypnotic robot trance they were in.

Tonight, I know that GOD HIMSELF is with us, America. You would not be seeing the absolute insane implosion that will soon be known as Former President Barack Obama. The Party’s over Barack. You should have read past Leviticus and Deuteronomy to see how it ends.  Pride comes before a fall. Prov. 16:18.  in the coming weeks and months, be of good cheer! This Battle is the Lord’s and nothing is impossible with God.  I admit that I was frantic–until I saw Barack Hussein Obama unravel in ways that still leave me speechless–in mere months, weeks, days.  I admit my faith was faultering, but then, like an ambush, all around, as far as I could see or hear, a BREITBART ARMY stood, united, and told Barack Obama, “you’re fired!” with courage I believed had long since past, “WE THE PEOPLE”  said, “Give me Liberty or Give Me Death,”  And, Indeed, a few brave hearts gave their lives to end this deception and rapid slide into Socialism, Racism, Slavery, Oppression, and Radical Muslim Jihad Goverment that was apparently the plan we failed to see.

Funny, when I sat down to write I was going to shock America with News the MSM censors. I was going to speak of Obama’s despicable, AUDACIOUS, arrogant, spit in your face presumption– having his face desecrate the American Flag.  Of his scheme to Nullify the Constitution and Congress, Stack the Judiciary, Bailout the New York Times and Washington Post You Patriots just starved to death-with use them as propaganda communist PR. Yes, 66-77% of their ads are plummeting because YOU and I boycotted them!

I was going to state that as a man on integrity leaves Goldman Sachs unable to work in scum. But, theyre now going to help O bailout the paper for him. Or that Obama’s regime is so terrified, they stripped our soldiers of their guns before allowing the Secretary of Defense to tell them that they would now answer to NATO. Maybe relish in VP Joe Biden, having no loyalty, saying unequivocally that if Obama usurped Congress War Power, he would IMPEACH HIM (and crowds roar), tell you the CIA persecute dissidents and IRS persecute Christians, Jews, and the Tea Party. (all the while his super millionaire Muslim radical ties likely paid no tax because Obama controls the IRS and their money is offshore).  But as it turns out, I don’t need to. Obama is doing a fine job imploding right before the eyes of the entire World.  So, in closing, stay strong! Fight!  Do not nullify the progress America has made these 230 plus years. Let’s also be mindful that America has made great strides since 1776, but we are not nor never will be perfect. We still have much to change, but let us not react with the bigotry, religious intolerance that this Administatrion is so intent we get “a taste of medicine we had no role in dishing out.”  Keep the Faith, America! The nightmare is almost over! Press on!

In November, Retired Criminal Court Judge Mike Anderson, a well respected past Felony Prosecutor, shocked the Establishment when he announced that he was running for Harris County District Attorney against incumbent, Pat Lykos. Some in the GOP were disturbed, feeling as if the party was already divided and questioned why he was running against another GOP. His answer was music to my ears because I knew he was right.He accurately said, “the current administration picks and chooses which laws to enforce based on their own policy, instead of honoring Legislative intent.” He further stated “I’ve watched changes, in recent days, in the D.A.’s office and those changes are not for the better.” Upon hearing his rationale, I knew HE KNEW. So, I guess you could say, Judge Mike Anderson had me at hello, I’m running for DA.”  Judge Anderson was referring to Lykos’ policy of prosecuting crack cocaine residue as misdemeanors rather than felonies.  IF THOSE WALLS COULD TALK, I guarantee you’d find a whole lot more than being soft on crack. But let me first me first make it very clear that I’m voting for Judge Mike Anderson for DA because he inspires me to be a better person by being excellent. I’m not voting for Mike Anderson because I know that Lykos selectively enforces the law and have lost hope in her. I’m voting for Judge Mike Anderson because he is a gift to Harris County and will restore integrity in the system. I’m voting for Mike Anderson because he is a good Candidate, the best we could hope to have!

But I will admit that based on my knowledge of Pat Lykos, I would almost vote for Obama before her. I will vote Democrat if Hell freezes over and shes the nominee. I say this with the utmost conviction because I personally witnessed her office look the other way when the Alief ISD School Board admitted by certified letter what is absolutely a misdemeanor, but probably several felonies, federal and state, that a 2007 malicious lawsuit filed against a disabled child’s family was illegal. In 2007, Alief’s genius attorney Erik Nichols counseled some but not all of Alief’s Board to violate the Texas Open Meetings Act and arrange to punish the Chiboguowu family to near bankruptcy for daring to disagree about the pathetic education (if you can call it that) provided to their Autistic son, C.C. The parents challenged AISD’s refusal to provide a free APPROPRIATE public education to C.C based on severe Autism.  Disabled kids routinely get the shaft regardless of what federal law requires. But this case was even more egregious, laced with racism, in my view. Relations deteriorated fast and this family has endured the unthinkable. The stress of the conflict attendant to the due process hearing filed by Nneka and Kenneth Chiboguowis seems to have been the catalyst for Nneka to become ill, no longer able or willing to fight. So, the Chiboguowu family dismissed the due process, heartbroken, but not before AISD’s lawyer filed a meaningless “counter-claim” against them, asking the Hearing Officer to rule their program was adequate. In my world, that’s a dec action, not a real counter-claim, but it was enough to hold them hostage for a three year ride of pure Hell.  The family did not participate in the proceeding, not realizing what was coming next, a huge lawsuit for AISD’S lawyer’s fees when AISD was the party who would not let it go.  Even though the hearing officer and federal judge refused to give Alief hundreds of thousands in lawyers fees vs a family who could never pay, Alief’s lawyer and a few malicious Board members refused to drop it and appealed.  Ive never felt so handcuffed as when I was begging their pro bono lawyers to tell the panel that evidence unraveled after Fox 26 got involved, revealing to about 99% certainty that THE CASE WAS THE PRODUCT OF A LIKELY FELONY CONSPIRACY AND HAD NO LEGAL AUTHORITY TO EVEN PROCEED.

The time had passed for Amicus Briefs to be filed, muzzling me as I cried for Justice.  So we gathered enough evidence to prove it was never legally authorized,constituting a misdemeanor for which the entire Board should have been removed and prosecuted, and filed the Complaint with Lykos. Given that Alief is a Title I District receiving ARRA funds, it might have also been a federal felony.  Misusing over $110000 in school funds would probably cause aggravation to a felony. This is when I discovered that Pat Lykos selectively enforce the law, as Anderson stated.  Fox News contacted her office repeated, aired 7 stories on it, but despite public outcry, Pat Lykos did nothing.  Even after Legal Expert, Joe Larsen categorically stated in a Fox interview that this was a VERY SERIOUS matter and Lykos should be looking into it, nothing.  She wouldn’t even investigate when the Board President admitted to criminal activity in a certified letter!  Senator Dan Patrick appeared on Fox and condemned Alief’s actions as morally wrong.  Lykos, silent.

Since Lykos would not do her job, citizens had to join together and file a civil case in District Court which was 100% right.  Unfortunately, a few concerned citizens can’t outspend a District with hundreds of millions to blow fighting kids rather than helping them.  This was Pat Lykos legal and moral responsibility, but she looked the other way, feeding the Chiboguowu family and C.C to the wolves.  The case is still pending after a bad ruling for disabled kids in 5 States.  The loss to everyone but a few corrupt board members and Feldman Rogers Law Firm, is sinful. Why? Its not clear, but I am certain POLITICS played a role in her decision to look the other way as the law firm founded by our City Attorney skewered this family. I still cannot believe a woman could be so indifferent, a mother. I’ll never understand politics.

But I know one thing. Under no circumstance will I ever vote Pat Lykos FOR ANYTHING. She is unfit for public office.  My opinion has been cemented by Pat Lykos unbelievable abuse of power, ordering that a judge and grand jurors investigating her for wrongdoing–be harassed and investigated. She lied first, denying knowing anything about the supposedly sealed identities of the grand jury investigating her, and then admitted she ordered the investigation. This is offensive and intolerable in the District Attorney. The FBI and Texas Rangers are now investigating her for “investigating” the grand jury and judge. As they should! I hope in days to come, TRUTH is revealed and I happen to know what will be the conclusion, whether anyone faces the music or not.  I know the surface may never be scratched.

At any rate, I have never met Judge Mike Anderson, but I don’t have to. His reputation for integrity precedes him. Judge Anderson is well respected by both prosecutors and defense attorneys, because he as proven himself honest, high moral character, fair and impartial through his years as a felony prosecutor and Criminal Court Judge.  I admire him, even not knowing him, for seeing serious problems in the DA’s office and being the one to stand up for righteousness’ sake.  I truly believe with Mike Anderson, what you see is what you get. I have confidence that I have rarely had with any political Candidate except one stellar Sheriff’s GOP Candidate (L.G.) that with Judge Anderson, “Justice will be blind.” I have full confidence in him and evidence to back it up. I encourage Harris County voters to know the truth before you vote and do so with conviction.  I wish Judge Anderson my best and will be cheering as you steamroll through November to become the next Harris County DA.  I applaud you for your willingness to step foward and “be the change you want to see in the World.” -Ghandi.
